📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement audit recommendations and improve financial controls.
• Work closely with external auditors to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial statements.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial compliance and risk management.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure continuous compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior audit professionals to build a strong audit team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management, with a strong background in financial compliance and risk assurance.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Experience with audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
