📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare accurate cost estimates for development projects.
• Manage contracts, including negotiation, administration, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide expert advice on cost-saving opportunities and risk management.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD for project planning and management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quantity surveying and cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD is a plus.
