📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient running,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to meet customer demand,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Lead and participate in training programs for staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the construction materials industry,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies,Familiarity with inventory management systems
