📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and present food in an appealing manner.,Follow food safety regulations and guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
