📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in conducting quality checks on banking transactions and processes.,Identify and report discrepancies or errors in banking operations.,Collaborate with the Quality Control team to improve processes and standards.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on quality control procedures.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.,Support the Quality Control Manager in monitoring and evaluating quality metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or related role in the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and quality control standards.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.
