📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks.
  • Support the Shop Assistant in achieving daily sales targets.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in any other tasks as required by the Shop Assistant.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Friendly, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to travel to other stores within the company.
