📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls.,Provide information about products and services to potential customers.,Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales calls.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the sales team.,Support the telesales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales processes.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
