📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of restaurant facilities,Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success,Perform site inspections and ensure quality control,Manage project budgets and timelines,Develop and implement safety protocols for construction sites,Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction plans are feasible and efficient,Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry,Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations,Proficient in using AutoCAD or other design software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
