📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the restaurant's daily operations.,Oversee the kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared and served efficiently.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked.,Train and develop new staff members.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
