📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Handle payroll processing using SAP or similar software.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and finance departments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
