📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Facilitate employee engagement and communication.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR manager in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
