In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and sales reporting.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and displays.,Assist in merchandising activities, such as product placement and promotions.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
