LUMEN Berjaya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Bengkulu. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and skills in the HR field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
