📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the accounting operations of the company, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
  • Monitor and control the company's financial performance against budgeted targets.
  • Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
