📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and room assignments,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times,Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive guest experience,Assist in training and supervising junior receptionists

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and multitasking abilities,Fluency in both English and Indonesian,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Computer literacy, including proficiency in office software,Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
