📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the insurance industry.
• Design and execute promotional activities, including events, webinars, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using data from Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with customers on various platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
