📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ensure timely restocking and replenishment of parts to meet customer demands.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in the organization and storage of parts to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Train and mentor new team members on inventory management and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a parts or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
