PT Pratama Mega is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. If you have a passion for writing and a technical background, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Ensure the accuracy and clarity of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to improve readability and usability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of technical writing guidelines and standards,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation is aligned with product goals and user needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience with software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
