PropNex is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive, Brand & Digital Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, manage digital campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our marketing efforts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.,Lead digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.,Manage and optimize our website and online presence to improve user experience and drive traffic.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and brand management.,Create and manage content calendars for all digital channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus.
