📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure that training programs meet the specific needs of each department.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee participation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
