📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Fresh & Perishables Departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Maintain the quality and freshness of our products, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and are stocked according to the store's requirements.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all products are available for sale and that promotions are effectively executed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.,Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
