📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service at the front of the house.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Assist with table set-ups and clearances to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to the restaurant’s policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar setting.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
• Passion for food and beverage service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
