📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create, maintain, and update shipping manifests and waybills for all outbound and inbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all cargo details, including weight, dimensions, and special handling requirements.
• Collaborate with the shipping and forwarding teams to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Use SAP and SeaStar to manage and track shipping documents, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Conduct regular audits of shipping documents to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on shipping documentation procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in shipping and logistics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our shipping documentation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping documentation, with a focus on manifests and waybills.
• Proficient in using SAP and SeaStar for shipping documentation and tracking.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural setting.
• Valid shipping documentation certification or equivalent experience.
