As an H2S Engineer at PT Total Safety Energy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing hydrogen sulfide (H2S) levels, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with international standards. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in environmental health and safety (EHS) and a passion for maintaining high safety standards in a dynamic industrial setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage hydrogen sulfide (H2S) levels in mining and natural gas operations.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on safety procedures and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of safety inspections and incidents, and prepare reports for management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in environmental health and safety.
• Participate in emergency response drills and preparedness activities to ensure a swift and effective response to any incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Industrial Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural gas industry.
• Certification as an H2S Engineer or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
