📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to clients across various industries, including corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify legal risks and opportunities for clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Manage and oversee legal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal consulting or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a management role for Senior/Manager positions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
