As a Waiter/Waitress at Craved Bali, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication skills to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and provide attentive service. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant, where tropical elegance meets modern luxury.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service at the front of the house.
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Assist with table set-ups and clearances to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to the restaurant’s policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar setting.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
- Passion for food and beverage service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
