📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect our systems and data.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on our operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001 and COBIT.
• Provide training and awareness programs to our employees to enhance their understanding of security best practices.
• Collaborate with our IT department to implement and maintain security controls and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security framework.
• Report on security metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing insights into our security posture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on risk and governance.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound security decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
