📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop lithium battery electrical systems, including circuit design and power management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery systems into larger electrical architectures.
• Conduct simulations and testing using industry-standard tools like MATLAB/Simulink and Altium Designer.
• Optimize battery performance, efficiency, and safety through data analysis and iterative design.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and industry trends.
• Participate in prototype development and testing, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Document design processes, test results, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in battery electrical system design and development.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Altium Designer, or similar CAD/ECAD tools.
• Strong understanding of battery chemistry, safety standards (UL, IEC, etc.), and thermal management.
• Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and power electronics.
• Familiarity with renewable energy storage systems and electric vehicle applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
