Mitra Bali Sukses is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our frozen food manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.

We are looking for a professional who can lead our production team, optimize production schedules, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations, including equipment, staff, and materials.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Train and develop the production team to improve skills and productivity.
  • Conduct regular production meetings to address issues and improve processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the frozen food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian food regulations and standards is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
