📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of HVAC systems for large-scale data centres.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the HVAC industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a focus on data centre projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
• Certifications such as LEED AP, BREEAM, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
