Civil Project Supervisor (Contract) - Cold Storage Construction

Balboa Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Supervisor (Contract) to oversee our exciting cold storage construction project in Jakarta Utara. This is a hands-on field role where you'll play a crucial part in delivering a state-of-the-art cold storage facility. With a strong focus on quality and safety, this project offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative construction techniques.

As the Civil Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

This is a full-time contract position offering a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 9,000,000 per month. The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta Utara and will have the opportunity to work on a dynamic and challenging project that will make a significant contribution to the local community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Resolve construction issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and drawings.
• Ensure the health and safety of all workers on-site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project supervision, preferably in cold storage or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Certification as a Project Manager (e.g., PMP) or relevant civil engineering certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with cold storage construction techniques and materials is a plus.
