As the Multimedia Production Manager, you will work closely with our creative team to develop and implement multimedia projects, utilizing industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. You will be responsible for managing the entire production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that our content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of multimedia producers, designers, and editors.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive media.
• Develop and implement multimedia projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Utilize industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that multimedia content meets the needs of our clients and users.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of multimedia projects, making adjustments as needed to improve quality and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in multimedia production.
• Ensure that all multimedia content complies with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia production, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of multimedia production processes and best practices.
